Raj Khanna is the owner of Freedom Title Agency, a dba of Atlas Crest, Inc.. He started Atlas Crest, Inc. following 25 years experience with AT&T, Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, and Baxter Travenol as Program Manager of International Operations. During his corporate career, Raj lead large teams of professional managers chartered as change agents for management of world-wide Inventory Control Systems, Integrated Financial Systems and Wireless Business Systems in the USA, Latin America and the Far-East. He is a Degreed PMP (Master Program Management), MBA (International Business), MS (Computer Science), B.Com. (Economics & Finance), and holds Professional Certification in APICS (American Production & Inventory Control Systems). Raj is a Florida LTA (Licensed Title Agent). Dena M. Burke is a Degreed Paralegal, a Florida LTA (Licensed Title Agent) and a Florida LNP (Licensed Notary Public). Dena has been with Freedom Title since 1997 when she joined the previous owner. In 2000 she became a partner in that company. Having sold that company, she now manages our Refinance Transactions at Freedom Title, and is the primary point of contact for all facets inherent in that process. Dawn A. Barker has substantial experience in the fields of Florida Residential and Commercial Real Estate, substantial background in Domestic Law, and a number of years in Title Insurance processing and closing. She is a Florida LNP (Licensed Notary Public), responsible for managing our Sales Contract Orders at Freedom Title and is the primary point of contact for all facets inherent within that process.
